Returns & Refund Policy
1. Overview
Mohideco wants every customer to be satisfied with their wall art purchase. If a product is not completely satisfactory, eligible physical items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

It must be unused and in original condition.

It must include all original packaging, accessories, and hardware.

It must include proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

It must not be customized beyond the standard options listed on the product page.
3. How To Start A Return
Before sending anything back, you must contact us at contact@mohideco.com to request approval.
Once your request is approved, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label.

Packing instructions.

A Return Authorization Number, or RA#, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive any of the following:

A damaged item, including the frame, print, or packaging.

The wrong size, design, or color.

Missing components or mounting hardware.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized products, including items with added text or images.

Final sale or clearance items.

Products damaged after delivery because of misuse or improper handling.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must follow the return process for the original product and place a separate new order.
After your return is approved, any eligible credit may be applied toward your new purchase.
7. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, usually within 3–5 business days, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to complete the refund.
